Crimped woven wire mesh

In the below stated overview, there is a selection of our mesh that are produced conform the ISO 4783-3 standard.

This mesh is pre-crimped, and in general, woven with a thicker wire. Depending on the execution, the mesh has a greater wear resistance, is more resistant to vibrations and the mesh opening is more retained.

Type I

Standard execution of crimped woven wire mesh.
Suitable for vibrating screens for example.

Type II

This type is carried out with a pleat in the wire.
Usually, this wire is used with large mesh sizes.

Type III

By executing this way, the mesh is pressed on one side.
This makes this mesh more resistant to wear on sieving machines.

Type IV

This way, the mesh is flattened on two sides.
Executing this way makes the mesh opening stable.
